“I began my journey at the oak Creek location in February, and my experience has been fantastic from day 1! The care is top notch. I am a diabetic patient and work very closely with Kelly. Throughout this whole experience so far I am completely off two medications (one for blood pressure and one for diabetes). Also, with very close monitoring I have been able to drastically decreithe amount of insulin I am in, and am very very close to being off completely. I came into the program with the attitude that this is a journey and not a race. Through my own hard work, and the dedication of the staff, I am, and will continue to be successful!”

Every single girl that works there loves her job. They explain things to us in terms that we can understand their rewards program is phenomenal and just the incentive my 12-year-old grandson needs to be inspired about wearing braces. The new location in Oak Creek is extremely easy to access with great parking. It is very clean and inviting. Love love love this place.”
