“Beautiful but could use work. You have to be careful driving up since it's all dirt and gravel road. I thought, by the map that the long trail inside were all developed but it's just a dugout line tracing the path so there is a lot of mud. There seems to be some construction happening? I couldn't really tell but there was an extended area I wasn't sure if we were supposed to be in. I appreciated the agility features and places to sit. I think we will go again, but it's not ideal for jogging.”

“Over the past few years, I have used Tile Tim Contracting for 3 different bathroom remodels. Two of the bathrooms were completely gutted and the other was partially gutted. Tim did a fabulous job on each project. After the initial on site meeting, Tim provides a detailed estimate/construction agreement which outlines the scope of the project, what each subcontractor will be doing and the materials to be used. Before beginning the work, Tim gives a schedule of what will be done each day and an anticipated completion date. Tim and or his subs showed up on time each day that they were scheduled. With each bathroom Tim did for me, the work was completed within the expected timeline and budget. Tim is meticulous about all his work and also that of any subcontractors he uses. As his name, "Tile Tim" implies, he is a tile man, but he is actually more than just a tile man. Tim is a tile expert extraordinaire. He carefully plans out and marks everything before laying the first tile. He makes sure the tile layout is the best that it can be. Tiles that have pattern, movement or color variations are arranged so that they flow perfectly. You won't find any jagged cuts, uneven grout lines or tile lippage in Tim's work. I highly recommend Tile Tim Contracting for bathroom remodeling based on my experiences. From what Tile Tim has demonstrated doing those jobs for me, I am sure that he would do excellent work remodeling a kitchen, a basement or any other room in your house.”
