“Eric Kucifer could not have been more helpful to us in our first home buying experience. We would have never have been able to do this on our own, and his knowledge and insight was invaluable. He is very personable and easy to get along with. He is sincere and will give you his honest opinions, he’s not pushy or trying to get you into a home to make a sale. That was one of my greatest fears when starting the process of finding a buyer’s agent. I liked that he focused mainly on the buying side of things, so I never had the feeling that he was trying to push a home that his company was selling on us. I was leery that other companies whose main focus is on the selling side would do that. We really appreciated how available Eric was to us, even responding to our emails late at night. We never went more than 24 hours without getting a response. No way around the fact that home buying, especially your first time, is a nerve wrecking experience. But, Eric always made this feel less stressful than it had to be, and his knowledge on the home buying process helped guide us through the experience with relative ease. We were able to find a home and get an accepted offer after less than a month of looking. I cannot state enough how please we were with Kucifer Realty, and will not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Eric Kucifer to all those who are thinking of buying a home. “They do great work and help you to visualize what it is your truly want. While planning my wedding, a friend of mine suggested Decorative Touch, which she had used, since I wanted fake flowers. I could not have been happier. The bouquets and boutineers turned out great and we were told by more people than I could count that they couldn't tell they weren't real, especially with the scent they used on them. I also appreciated the fact that throughout the night, the flowers continued to look great and didn't wilt or droop like with other flowers at weddings I've been in. Now, I have my bouquet in a permanent vase on my mantle and love to walk into the house and see them looking just as they did on our wedding day over a year ago.”
