Kettle Moraine Appliance and Sleep Center

I purchased a dishwasher on your website last evening, but received an email this morning from one of your team members, Patrick Moran, informing me it wouldn’t be available for some time. However, he had already found an equivalent model and taken the time to arrange an exchange for it if I so chose. He made what could have been a disappointing experience a flawless one.

This is the second appliance I’ve purchased from your Kettle Moraine Appliance. In this case, I was dealing with Patrick, but I wanted to pass along that every person from your team, whether in Cedarburg, West Bend, and including the delivery people, have all been outstanding to work with.

My husband and i were extremely impressed with the delivery of our new Maytag washer. Little Goose and Brandon were very professional, friendly and knew exactly how to remove the old machine, install the new machine and do a test run on the machine to make sure it ran with no leaks. They gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable with the new machine. Little Goose and Brandon were the best delivery people we ever experienced! Thank you guys!

I ordered a new refrigerator, which had some slight damage at HUGE savings. It is a perfect fit to the space in my kitchen. I just wanted to extend my sincere compliments for the delivery team. They were so friendly, patient, and careful. They were sure to show me how to use all the features on the fridge, and got it nicely leveled out for me.

Communication was also on point - with a confirmation call the day prior of the delivery window, and a call 45 minutes out from the driver.

Top notch, and so quick and efficient! I will be referring all of my buyers and sellers to Jeffro at the Cedarburg location!
