I wanted to thank Pat, Sonia, Underwriting and everyone at Cornerstone for the most uneventful loan process I have ever been through. You started with a great rate and low closing costs and followed it up with keeping all your promises, staying on schedule and closing on the date scheduled. No surprises! I'm a planner and a worrier. I plan for the worst case scenario but not one bad thing happened during this whole process.

Pat was phenomenal, courteous, thorough and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend Pat and Cornerstone to everyone I know and even some I don't!
