Find the mattress you want, pay for it, and they come out and take the old mattress away and set up your new one. They were super fast with the delivery as well, literally the next business day, even though it was new year's eve. Communication was great as well, with a courtesy call when they were about 10 minutes away.

No pressure, easy to order, great customer service, quick and free delivery/removal..all for less than half of the price competitors were offering for the same price! I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to check this place out. We couldn't be happier!
