    I will definitely be going back to In-Balance Yoga! My first yoga class here was a great experience. I took the level 1/2 class with Patti and she was very welcoming. Her style of teaching is laid-back and relaxed yet encouraging and challenging at the same time! I left feeling healthier and happier.

    The yoga studio is very spacious, clean and modern. I also liked how the class size was small (for this particular session at least). There were 5 of us total which meant plenty of room and one-on-one attention from Patti.

    I have been to many yoga studios in the area and in Colorado where I used to live, and I highly recommend In-Balance. Very thankful to have found a new favorite studio so close to my home!

    Just hit my 3-yr anniversary of yoga at In Balance and have learned so much from Patti. Awesome teacher, warm and compassionate, and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend her classes!

    I am a beginner Yogi and I went to my first yoga class at In Balance Yoga earlier this week. The studio is relaxing, clean, and quiet and our instructor, Michele, was wonderful. I am a beginner so I was a little nervous but I immediately felt welcome. Michelle is a wonderful instructor; she gave attention to each of us in the class and was able to adapt instruction for everyone. There were others in the class with more experience than me but she made it so we all got a lot of the class. It was relaxing, restorative and a good work out. The music was great and I left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend giving it a try, I will definitely be back for another one of Michelle’s classes!

    I love In Balance! I don't consider myself an advanced yogi but I feel very comfortable here. Class sizes are small so individual attention is given to each student. I've improved my strength, balance, and flexibility since I've been attending. I enjoy Patti's teaching style as her voice is very soothing and the instructions she gives are clear and easy to follow. The studio is a peaceful environment. I highly recommend In Balance to anyone. You will feel comfortable here.

    The classes are challenging physically yet also provide a great stretch with a traditional yoga mindful approach. Patti provides the right guidance for all levels on how to execute the poses and helps when needed. Well prepared and good atmosphere. The China gel relaxation neck rub is always the best way to end your workout. ☺️
