    Greatest folks ever!

    Selling our home and purchasing a new one was about the most tense time ever for us. We had lots of problems with an upstream closing and the folks at Polk County Abstract bent over backwards to help us both sell and purchase. Which included staying late, coordinating closing with out of country sellers and getting the job done right. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    If you are thinking about FSBO, the folks at PCA are fantastic, a wealth of information and very helpful!!!!
