  Furnace went nonfunctional yesterday about noon. I called Square One a bit before 5pm and was given the option to have repairs after hours or to wait til this morning. I opted for morning and they arranged for an 8am service call. Niko arrived on time with his personable self and we had heat again within the hour. I was kept informed throughout the procedure, from diagnostics to repair to billing. 5 stars Niko, you rock! I'd recommend Square One Heating & Cooling in a heartbeat to anyone requiring servicing of their unit.

  Like to give a shout out to Niko and Show and Square One Heating and Cooling for the prompt service and honesty for repairing my furnace. Also they will give you a breakdown of what they have work on hours it took and parts just not handing you a bill with no breakdown. Thank you very much for keeping me warm. I would highly recommend this company to repair your furnace.

  Of course it was the coldest day of the year and our furnace wasn't working properly. I called Square One and talked with a very nice female about our issue with the pilot light repeatedly going out after I realized the issue was well over my head. Square One did everything they could to get someone out there that day, which was beyond appreciative with the negative temperature outside. Niko and Ayden showed up and were able to diagnose the issue immediately. They explained the problem and even noticed another small issue which they insisted on fixing to make sure my furnace ran properly and my family was safe. They fixed the problem and stuck around to let my furnace run through a few cycles and made sure everything worked properly. It was their last stop of the day but they took their time and did a thorough job. I couldn't thank them enough. Even sent them home with some cookies my wife made. The stress of messing with my furnace and trying keeping the temps up/pipes from freezing melted away. Quality work guys. Thank you again.

  Our furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days of the year. Chris from Square One arrived within 90 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. After thoroughly inspecting and testing the operating condition of the furnace he was able make several adjustments that resolved the issue. Chris was polite, and very informative, explaining what he was doing, and why. He made sure the issue was resolved before he left. We were impressed by his professional knowledge, and appreciative of his personable demeanor.

  Just had Square One install a new furnace and AC. Great service from quotation all the way to installation, I felt appreciated. The installation looks great and operates better. No sales pressure and they take the time explain everything. Great people to work with!
