(February 6, 2019, 2:10 pm)Burlington installed an Ambiance fireplace for us in December. What a great and seamless transaction. Rich Sr came out and gave us a quote that was very competitive. They were here the day they specified and Chris and Tyler did an outstanding job! Efficient, professional, and were neat and kept the area clean as they went. When they left I didn't know they were here other then a FANTASTIC new gas fireplace that looks amazing in our basement family room! I am looking forward to when the budget will allow to replace the older one in our upstairs! Thanks Burlington!

(January 5, 2019, 10:25 am)Had Mike out this morning to inspect and clean our gas fireplace. He called ahead with estimate on arrival time then was courteous, thorough and efficient in his work. Can’t ask for more. Fully satisfied with the service. Four stars instead of five only because of a scheduling snafu that was an office issue, not Mike’s.

(December 17, 2018, 5:14 pm)Had a wood burning insert installed into my old fireplace. They were very thorough, nice people, and very knowledgeable. Put tarps down to limit the mess and cleaned up any debris that was left.They made sure everything worked properly and they asked any questions that I brought up. I highly recommend them to anyone. Todd and Paul did a excellent job.

(December 13, 2018, 3:04 pm)James and Tim K. updated our fireplace today. We now can control the fire with a remote control! The fire looks the best that it ever has looked! They were very neat and protected our hardwood floor with lots of tarps. Their workmanship was outstanding. We were impressed with the care and effort that James put into making sure that the gas line and fittings were secure! They were also pleasant to have working on our fireplace and they thoroughly explained how to control the fire! We are so happy that we went with Burlington Fireplace!

(November 26, 2018, 2:23 pm)Tim K. and James did a nice job installing our direct vent furnace and the new glass doors in our wood burning fireplace. Tim K. did a particularly good job in the follow up call that I requested. I appreciated his attention to detail and efforts to make sure that we were satisfied with the finished products. Great stuff!
