  Great service, delivery and set-up. Fair pricing and Tom was a great salesperson to work with each time we needed a new appliance. Definitely will return if we need another new appliance.

  My wife and I had a horrible appliance buying experience with the orange big box retailer. In short, Brad B took wonderful care of us. We had the exact dryer we were looking for, installed and running laundry in only a matter of hours. The Grands staff was super helpful and professional and we felt valued. We will be back in the future!

  I really like Grand Appliance, the one on Hwy 20. They sold me a stove a couple years back and were great to deal with. They offered me a competitive price and took care of everything when the stove was damaged in shipping. It was a special order. They didn't give me a damaged stove and send me to the manufacturer. They sorted it all out and I got a perfect stove. So I went back to buy my TV there. Once again, competitive price, good staff. They let me really test the TV with my own movie and game. And the return policy is really fair and reasonable, so I'm not worried about bad pixels. I can't imagine buying big ticket items anywhere else. :)

  Overall, my experience with the Grand Appliances out of Racine was very positive. My sales rep “Michael Smith” was helpful in getting me a great price on two appliances and was able to work out an early delivery to my daughter's home 300 miles away.
  
  This was all done over the phone and from another state. Michael was patience while helping me make my decision through the website. In addition, Michael followed up with me by phone and email as promised.
  I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase appliances and make sure you ask for Michael Smith!
