  They have great resources & programs. The large homeschool community in Racine sure does take advantage of our library. We run into homeschooling friends almost every time we go.

  This library has always been my go to place to relax and browse the endless amounts of books and dvd's. They have great staff that's willing and ready to assist you finding what you are looking for and if they don't have it they are willing to search other libraries to see if they can get it transferred. Additionally their location along the beautiful Lake Michigan is perfect! They also have books and magazines for sale on the 1st floor and plenty of computers available if your are doing research or looking for a job. Printers and Copiers are also available if needed.

  I love it here, my kids love it here, just awesome. I love the variety of activities provided by the library programs, the set up of the library, and the easy entry access. Definitely handicap accessible. Love the big parking lot area, nice location by the lake and downtown. My kids love the pretend play area as well, and I love that they swtich it up once in a while with different activities. I can read a book while I sit where I can keep an eye on my kids. They have computers for kids in the first floor and computers for adults on the second. An elevator, bathrooms with baby table, and modern drinking fountains. Love it!

  Great public library located right on the beautiful Lake Michigan. This library has a very large children's section which I love. They offer weekly kids storytime and activities. The only complaint is that you have to pay a parking meter during your visit. Don't forget to brings your coins when visiting. You will be ticketed for an expired meter.
