  Both of my sons have taken classes at Chay's. The instructors are positive and encouraging while teaching them discipline and respect for authority. One of my sons has decided to go for his black belt and is very excited about continuing!

  I highly recommend Chay’s TKD school. My children are current students in both the Little Ninja and TKD programs, and they have benefitted greatly! Chay’s programs help to build confidence, improve focus and fitness levels, all while teaching respect, discipline, and self defense in a very kid friendly, fun and positive environment. I’ve seen the benefits from Chay’s shine through at home, in the classroom and through their sports programs. You won’t be disappointed!

  Master Chay creates an environment in which students are challenged physically and mentally to excel. I have noticed my son’s attitude and goal setting skills have improved over the past few years. He is excited to work hard and pushes himself to reach the next rank. It is a very proud moment as a parent to see this and watch your child’s confidence grow! We are very happy with Master Chay and his professional staff!

  Our son has been going to Chay's Tae Kwon Do for almost one year. Chay's really nurtures the needs of each student and you will often see an instructor pull a child aside to spend one-on-one time if he/she appears to be struggling with a move. They really want to see the student succeed. Master Chay demands excellence (mind, body and soul) and his black-belt instructors are no different. This is not a "cookie-cutter" program. When you do the trial, you will quickly see why Chay's stands out from the rest of the programs in this area. You will not be disappointed with your decision to make Chay's your school.

  I’ll start with stating that Martial Arts is a world full of surprises - and is something that every person should try once in their life. The strength and beauty that goes into every stroke, movement, and gesture truly defines the meaning of ‘art’ in it’s name. And it is the art of mastering the body and building trust with your muscles, reflexes, and instincts.
  
  My first impression of Chay’s was joyous. I was never a very physical person and I remember on my first day, I couldn’t even do a push-up; but Chay’s Tae Kwon Do wasn’t a place of judgement, instead it is a powerful guiding hand. I came to Chay’s and joined Tae Kwon Do looking for discipline within myself and found it reflected in the students who attended here.
  
  To aspire for success and having the strength to push towards it is something that everyone should be able to achieve - but if you’re feeling stuck, search for inspiration in something new and give Chay’s a try.You’ll find that a bit of exercise and truly wonderful people can make all the difference.
  
  For parents, remember that everything your child learns today will help carve their path towards a greater future. Give your children the best foot forward!
