(February 17, 2019, 12:46 am)Amazing and beautiful venue right by the lake. The yoga instructors are wise, helpful and kind and are very welcoming. I've taken two aerial yoga classes as well as had a massage here with much success.
Elizabeth does relaxing massage and yoga/meditation classes. Jessika offers aerial yoga classes for all ages as well as different yoga techniques and mediation guidance. Theres also tai chi Sunday mornings.
