  I had been looking for a cranberry colored Jeep wrangler for quite some time. Once Boucher had my info in the system they were great at following up and letting me know when they had one. We drove 380 miles to see it and wound up Purchasing it. We were in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hrs with the used vehicle we wanted. fabulous job with followup and courtesy calls. Great Job!!

  I love frank Boucher dealership Scott and the finance people made the process easy, smooth, and they didn’t make it a long drawn out process. Scott never pressured us to buy any car, he was more concerned about our happiness and comfort then trying to make a sale. He took the time to find the car we messed with needs we gave him. He was super knowledgeable about each car. Scott is a kind and considerate salesman he will put you in the right vehicle at your price point.

  The people here helped us a lot, specially Lee and the finance lady, getting us a loan to improve our finances.
  The car has some minor issues, the door mirrors don't work and the speakers sound a little bad, but everything else is great! Really helped us finding the correct car for us.

  I had the best car buying experience at Boucher. Ryan my salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He made my experience stress free and easy. I would highly recommend Boucher and they're awesome team ????

  Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. It was a very different experience from other dealerships we visited. We inquired on a used car and Ryan was very responsive. When we came in, he had the vehicle inside so that we could take our time looking it over without worrying about the weather. My only complaint was that it hadn't been washed. He was extremely well versed on all aspects of the vehicle. He was very patient all the way through, answered all our questions and applied no sales pressure. When we negotiated the purchase and our trade-in, it was a fair and straightforward process. Ryan was excellent. If I had one complaint, it would be that the business manager that did all the paperwork was not very friendly and clearly was in a hurry to leave. Our experience with him was not great. However, that was the only exception to everyone else we met at the dealership. We had trouble making arrangements to pick up the car and Ryan graciously offered to deliver to our home. When he did that, he went over every feature until we were satisfied that we had a handle on everything. It was worth the drive to Racine for this experience. I simply don't understand why other dealerships continue to make car buying a miserable experience. Boucher Imports clearly understands what buyers are looking for.
