Professional, above board and customer oriented would describe both Suzanne Elliott in internet sales and Scott Westbrook on the sales floor. This dealership gave us the best price and Suzanne located a very hard to find Kia Sorento for us. If you are looking for great people to work with when you are purchasing a car I would go to Suzanne and Scott without a second thought. We had a very positive experience!
I brought my Mazda 3H in a few months ago because I had been having issues with my trunk latch. Dan (a service advisor) spoke with me, and got me in quickly to get it looked at. They were quick to get it fixed, but had originally not realized I had a warranty. When told Dan quickly fixed the problem, and said he had found the information along with informing me of several other problems that were covered under warranty. They scheduled another appointment for me to bring back in my car, and take care of those problems. All in all Dan helped me save approximately $1,000 in repairs by finding out all the problems my vehicle had. He was consistent, called me to inform me of updates, ensured I had a shuttle van for me when I finished work to bring me to pick up my car, and had everything taken care of. I would highly recommend Dan along with Boucher Imports to anyone! Chris Miller is also a great manager who helped when Dan was not available in a couple brief instances. A+ service department

I was looking for a Kia Optima SXL which they did not have. They assured me that they could get one and they did not let me down. Only took a week from when I spoke to Keith to having my Optima in my driveway. Everyone there is awesome. I don't mind the drive to Racine because I know they care about their customers and go the extra mile for you! I will totally recommend anyone that wants to purchase a car to them!
just got home from purchasing my New 2013 Optima and I am in Love!!! Lee McGee (my sales person) was just fantastic! He made everything go so smooth, answered any questions that I had and made buying a car a pleasant experience. Fran the finance manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the money side of the transaction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You won't be disappointed!!!
