“J & E Heating and Cooling is the best! My furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday late afternoon. I called and immediately they contacted a Service Tech to be at our home within 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly and immediately assessed the situation. He informed us he would need to get a major part first thing in the morning. He provided a couple space heaters for us to use. First thing in the morning he drove an hour away with non plowed streets after a snow storm to get the part. He called an reassured us he will be there to fix it.
