“Initial interaction was with the Sale's Manager, Steve D. He promised that this partial tear out and remodel would be done start to finish in one week. My wife and I also had numerous requests/specifications for the project that we were assured he'd communicate to the Project Manager Jorge. When the time came to meet Jorge, Steve D did not communicate any of the requests, and we were told the project would be a minimum of two weeks (total project was more than 3 weeks+). My advice is to not sign any contract with Steve D unless you speak directly to a Project Manager. There were numerous bumps, set backs, and frustrations throughout the project, but the saving grace and reason I am giving a positive review is specifically how well Project Manager Jorge handled his job with a professional courtesy/integrity. I also extend this compliment to the owner of the business, and would consider using this company in future projects.”
