It took at least an hour but he managed to duplicate by one key. That is true customer service. I bought somethings I didn't need or want just bc I wanted to spend more than 3 dollars for the 2 keys. “After installation of a furnace in my house by Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning, I entered into a contract with them that they service it yearly and charge a reasonable fee for the same. I had really forgotten of such an arrangement until a technician knocked at my door a year later. He took his time, replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and explained that everything else was working perfectly. Thank you Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning for having such professional technicians and proper record keeping!”

“These guys are the greatest!!! I made a mistake and bought my battery from Farm And Fleet and was told that they would install it for me. I sat waiting for 3 hours and it was still not installed. I stopped by Batteries Plus to see if I could pay them to install this for me and was truly surprised that the store manager said he would put it in for me for free even though I didn't buy it there!!!! We also got the mosquito spray and I thought it was great! Of course you still see a mosquito here and there... but we couldnt go outside before we had it sprayed. “Fun fact: Appliances will eventually stop working for one reason or another. Another fun fact: at some point, your appliance model will have been discontinued and finding parts to repair it can be as painful as stepping on a Lego. So, what can you do? We again called Appliance Tech-Care Services. Yes, I said again. They’ve been out before to fix other problems, and they’ll be out again if something else breaks. Quite honestly, I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. They promptly returned my phone call to setup an appointment. We had an appointment made for 2 days later. They showed up on time, and had the issue pinpointed in no time at all. The surprise for me…he managed to get a discontinued oven, with discontinued parts up in running in less than an hour! He actually had the spare parts with him! No waiting! Not that it’ll always be that way for every appliance problem, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Anyone knows that when you’re running a business, the best compliments that you can ever receive are repeat business and referrals. I will always be happy to provide both.”
