No menu needed, just ask for a FULL RACK OF RIBS. Meat is so tender it falls off the bone before it gets to your mouth. No chewing required , just a hard swallow does the trick.* They claim that the Ribs are IMPORTED FROM DENMARK ! If actually true, then that could possibly explain why these ribs are VERY SALTY. Wisconsin is a long way from Denmark to be getting FRESH meat every day. A long time ago people figured out that raw meat that is packed in SALT can preserve the meat from spoiling.
