3 months ago I had a hose replaced on my vehicle for the windshield washer fluid at the local dealership where I purchased my vehicle. They charged me an hourly labor fee of $120. It no longer works. I took my vehicle into RTS and they were able to fix/replace it in under 5 minutes and didn't charge me.
Great customer service, and they now have a customer for life.
