I called R & B in the morning and Richard was at our home by 1 pm. We had yellow jackets right by our front door and he took care of them right then and there. Prompt, courteous and friendly! I will definitely use them again and tell my neighbors and friends!

Called R&B and told them my issue with a Yellowjacket nest and if he could come right away being we rescue and the nest was very close to our rescue. It was a Saturday yesterday so I was worried he wouldn’t come, to my surprise he came right away and took care of the problem. Very nice guy and would recommend him. Rich at R & B was wonderful to deal with. Professional, friendly and SUPER prompt! I called him at 9am and he arrived to do the inspection by 11am even though he was located over 30 miles from our property. Since I was not at the property, he kept me updated on his arrival time and contacted me upon completion as well. The price for the inspection was also extremely reasonable.
