Besides doing a terrific job with dry cleaning or laundry, they are also a stand-up company. Under the heading "things can get screwed up", John acknowledged that a blanket was misplaced and couldn't be found. The cost of replacement was paid in full without resorting to a full out arm-wrestling match. This act will make me a customer for life.
