(November 9, 2021, 2:55 pm)The woman who answered the phone, I believe her name was Tammy, not sure. But, she was AMAZING! Our furnace and hot water heater exploded, resulting in high carbon monoxide levels. It was a very stressful day. They sent over a technician to install the hot water heater the day after the explosion, which I was very grateful for. Other companies I called said they only install units they sell. Still another company said maybe next week. So, Tammy working us into their busy schedule was much appreciated! I would highly recommend them for your hot water needs.

If there are ever issues, they are very good about correcting. With any contracting, you always get a few bids, but I will use them again and again.
