Emily helped me work through 2 separate injuries over the summer and I am so thankful. Without her expertise and beautiful studio my exercise routine would of come to a halt. I highly recommend EJ Movement no matter your age or fitness level !!

Writing reviews is not my strong point but this one is easy …. Started at EJMovement last May after having foot surgery. I knew I needed a new start with my new foot. Emily is helping me tremendously to get my strength, balance and drive back. After weight training for the past 10 years, I realized that Pilates is a more effective way to do it! At 65 this is my new love & Emily my new Guru.
My body has never felt better. I do a combination of private sessions and classes with Emily at least three days a week and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I feel tone, lean and strong. I work in food and beverage and on my feet all day. Emily has really helped me lengthen and stretch the soreness out and I feel much better at work. Totally recommend anyone trying Pilates with Emily.
For Years I have had severe lower back pain. My chiropractor suggested that I look into Pilates. It is the best choice I have ever made! Emily and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The studio is inviting and cozy. I feel stronger than ever with the powerful workouts. Thank you EJ Movement for all you do!
