(June 29, 2023, 8:33 am)One of the best things I do for myself a few times each week is to sauna over at Awaken For Wellness in Hudson. Their clean sauna rooms give me just the pick me up and detox I need. The staff is friendly and and helpful and it’s just a wonderful place to take care of my body and soul. I highly recommend you give their sauna or deprivation float tanks a try.
(June 6, 2023, 4:59 pm)Second visit to Awaken for Wellness and used the float pool. It was a very relaxing to float weightless for 90 minutes with soft lighting and music to enhance the experience. Thank you for providing a unique experience.
