My husband and I lived here for two years, and really enjoyed our time. They do a great job keeping the apartment clean and updated. Kelly is approachable and responds quickly when contacted. If there were any issues they fixed them promptly. For example, our oven stopped heating well, and Kelly replaced the oven. The neighbors who live in the complex are kind and easy to live by. We highly recommend this rental property.

The rental process was handled with integrity and in a timely manner, and I never once had to wait for a response, regardless of the issue. The apartment was extremely clean, up-to-date, and well-kept, with attention given to the smallest details. Expectations of renters are reasonable, and guarantee a quiet, safe, and orderly environment. I was extremely pleased with the entire rental experience and found no negatives whatsoever.
