From the warm greetings as soon as you pull up to the stables, to the introspective and immersive activities, the whole experience is 5 stars. I had no idea I would learn so much from horses about how I present myself to the outside world, and how I work as a part of a team. While you don't actually ride the horses, you get to be immersed in their world and learn a lot along the way. I would recommend this retreat to all of my family and friends. From day one you feel a warmth and acceptance from her that you do not get from other classes. She is truly there to help you on your journey to being the best person you can be! If you haven't workout in awhile (which was my story when I started) I highly recommend Krista! There is no 'gym intimidation' with her class.”
