I looked up Dr. Vrieze, and he put me on his vertical/adjustable table, applied gentle pressure to my sacrum and legs, and "SNAP" my pain was gone.. a few more adjustments, and it stayed in place! He is a lifesaver, truly!”

“I'm writing this review prematurely since our entire home remodel is still in progress, however, I feel a 5-star review of our experience is warranted as of now. We spoke with multiple contractors prior to going with Brent since we are new the area and don't have any connections, we wanted to be as thorough as possible. He has been honest, responsive and so creative. We are doing an entire home remodel and the ideas he has come up with to give us our dream home have been incredible. On top of that, he has been extremely timely in getting things done and updated us throughout the process even in the midst of a pandemic. Overall, we have been really impressed with the work that has been completed. Our house was a mess and falling apart when we bought it and I can confidently say not only will this house be absolutely stunning upon completion, but it will be sturdy and a wonderful place to raise my family. Highly recommend!”

“Ali and his wife were absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired them to clean out the ducts of my new house. Scheduling was easy and very flexible. Communication was detailed and quick. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They were even willing to explain their process and let me know if they noticed anything unusual while doing the cleaning. They also took several pictures of the ducts before and after. They were very professional and I will definitely hire them should I need any of their other services in the future. I would highly recommend!”

“Shan and Bridget are absolutely wonderful at what they do. From the warm greetings as soon as you pull up to the stables, to the introspective and immersive activities, the whole experience is 5 stars. I had no idea I would learn so much from horses about how I present myself to the outside world, and how I work as a part of a team. While you don't actually ride the horses, you get to be immersed in their world and learn a lot along the way. I would recommend this retreat to all of my family and friends. “The best! I have bought, sold, and bought my own homes with Randy and Vonnie. One of these was a bit unusual in that I ended up "trading" houses with the couple who bought my house. Right now I'm in the process of selling a home for a relative with dementia. The home is not very close by and there have been some challenges. “I wish I had 10 stars to rate Krista and Verve Fitness!!! She does a great job of offering up a workout for any level and will give you at least 3 levels for all moves. From day one you feel a warmth and acceptance from her that you do not get from other classes. She is truly there to help you on your journey to being the best person you can be! If you haven't workout in awhile (which was my story when I started) I highly recommend Krista! There is no 'gym intimidation' with her class.”
