“This is definitely a really nice walk! Starting from the Wisconsin Side, .75 of a Mile, walking down onto the Old Stillwater Bridge and into downtown Stillwater, St Croix River can easily be seen! And then it’s a .75 mile back up which is a little hill up for sure back up to the parking lot on the Wisconsin side! I think you “technically” may have to pay to park, but just fine somewhere off a ways to park and you’ll be fine.”

“I just spent a few hours at the Cornerstone church helping g set up for their food distribution. They have all kinds of great donated items that need to be separated and bagged into portions for families and individuals to take home. Anyone who helps can take home 5 items of their choice after the work is done and before the actual give away. A nice thing to do, and good incentive to get others to help out and get some food packed! Friendly environment, smaller place, good people. I'm not into church but I'm glad I came by to help, I also got to spend time with family doing this so its a win all around!”

“If you are looking for a getaway and want to try something different I would recommend this bed and breakfast. The owners are really nice they make you feel like you are visiting relatives. They have everything you would get at a hotel, they also home cook the breakfast which was the best part. You’re also walking distance from downtown Hudson. I would do again in a heartbeat.”

After driving all over the east metro to find a boat repair shop that would look at our pre-1979 motor, we were consistently told by various places that they would not take on small projects/fixes or feel that it was worth their time to service us. One of the boat places referred us to Bridgeport Marine who were quick to diagnose, had fair pricing and gave updates/appropriate timelines!
