Karen is such a fun trainer. You are going to workout hard (she will push you) but included are many laughs along the way. Her clients are friendly and will encourage you.
Karen helps you attain fitness goals in a positive, encouraging way while ensuring every class focuses on different muscle groups and constantly changing routines, equipment, reps etc. The workouts vary so there is little chance of hitting a plateau and provide lots of muscle confusion for optimal workouts and results. You can choose one-on-one sessions or group classes, whatever you prefer. The other participants in group classes are an encouraging, friendly group of workout partners who are welcoming to new members and help you stay motivated. The studio and TRX equipment are state of the art. Commit2BFit is a great place to workout with Karen!
Karen is a remarkable trainer and individual! She encourages her clients and truly lives and believes in bringing out the best physical versions of ourselves through her sessions. Working out on my own used to seem like a chore everyday, but I found myself eagerly looking forward to coming to sessions once I started with Karen. The group classes she holds is truly an inspiring community of women (and some men!) that encourages and challenges one another in each other’s journey to healthy living. I have been working out with Karen for about 3 months. I am already stronger, have better balance, and more confidence. The workouts are diverse and a lot of fun. I feel positive that I am doing something really good for myself.
I love Karen’s approach to fitness and her energy. She makes attending class a joy - even as I sweat it out. No class is ever the same. Her attention to the needs of her students is apparent and the environment of camaraderie she has fostered among her students is a welcome change from the approach of other trainers.
