Lulabell’s Dockside

We went here last night for mother’s day. I tried to get a last-minute reservation for eight for Mother’s Day. I found dockside and called to see if we could get in. They were very accommodating. First of all, the bartender was great, and our drinks or top-notch. My husband is very picky about his margarita and it was great. My steak was cooked perfectly and my son had the chicken scarpelli and said it was one of the best things he’d ever eaten. Our waitress was funny and efficient and met all our needs. The chocolate martini was her recommendation and it was delicious. We will definitely be back and feel like we found a gem. Atmosphere was nice too, great lake view.

Lulabell's Dockside should be on everyone's Fish Fry Friday list. First make a reservation for a party of four or more since it is very busy. First started with a Brandy Olde Fashioned sweet and it was strong and tasty. We then has their cheese curds and garlic bread. Both were hot and flavorful. Next for dinner, had the fried cod and shrimp with baked potato. Everything came out fresh and hot. The shrimp was large and tasted great so was the cod. The potato was also streaming. My favorite was the homemade tartar sauce. Only downside was our server who was constantly trying to remove our plates while we were still eating from it. Did get greeted by the owner at the end.

Food was amazing and our bartender was great. My husband got the cod fish fry and he loved it. I got a cheeseburger and it was delish! Of course the cheese curds were tasty, too. It does get packed on the weekends, so definitely call in a reservation.

Just wanted a nice, quiet lunch. Even if it rained, just wanted to see water, smell the fresh air. Just wanted to feel...lake happy! Got just what we wanted, plus calm. The Tuna appetizer was delicious. Outdoor or indoor dining both have great water views. Oh, and the turquoise drink? Just ask for it, they'll know.

Farrah makes a Great Old Fashioned and Carolina did a super job making sure we all got everything we needed and was just amazing!! The shrimp and cod were good and plentiful. Coleslaw and rye bread served but couldn’t eat it all!! The tarter sauce is home made with fresh dill!!!!👏🏻🤗 Always a great time, food and service at Lulabell’s…and the view helps!!! Went back for Pizza 3/21/2022!!! The Philly cheesesteak and beef tenderloin sandwiches where huge!! All delicious as ever! Again…stop in for the food and view!!
