I called, and they gave me recommendations on how to keep the house warm until a technician was able to make it to my home. In just 2 1/2 hours, Luke arrived, determined the problem, and quickly had the furnace running again as a temporary fix until he could obtain a replacement control board. Just three days later, Luke came back and replaced the control board for a more permanent fix.
I was a first-time customer of Absolute Comfort, and am very pleased. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very skillful. Prices seem very reasonable, and they even offered a coupon to lower the cost even more. With my furnace being 22 years old, they could have easily tried to pressure me into a new one. They did not. Having a 10-year-old daughter with the heat going out on a weekend, I was very concerned I would have to go without heat longer than I did. Absolute Comfort quickly came to the rescue. I will use them for any future HVAC needs, and highly recommend them. -

(August 12, 2018, 4:38 pm)Met Luke and was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. My questions were answered without me feeling that I was "bothering" him. I had been told by another company I had a furnace that required replacement due to a rusted Heat Exchanger. Luke inspected the unit and advised he saw no issues at this time and suggested we monitor the unit annually. He had no issues on educating me on why he had made this decision. His honesty was quite impressive as some would have seen this as an easy sale knowing I was expecting an issue. I have found my new HVAC provider and have no issue with recommending them to others.

(June 30, 2018, 7:12 pm)Woke up this morning on 100 degree day to find out my central air stopped working! Made many calls to find somone to fix it. Absolute had a busy day as did every other shop, but they came out fast and had it running within a half hour! Very reasonable cost for a weekend emergency call, tech was very knowledgable and very polite! Highly recommend calling absolute!
