(June 4, 2019, 4:40 pm)We have had Dalee Water Conditioning for the past 12 years & there is a reason for that. Whenever we need to ask a question or are having problems either with our RO system or our water softener, they have been there for us. We have been having trouble on & off with our old Culligan Water Softener & my husband & I had decided it was time for a new unit. I called & talked with Justin who put me in touch with Todd. I explained our particular problem & Todd was very patient & listened to my concerns. The next day they installed a new Hellenbrand softener. Our new unit is amazing & the water is once again, silky soft. Dalee has given us exceptional service & their work is done professionally by friendly , knowledgeable work staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

(February 15, 2019, 2:57 pm)This company is consistently excellent. Their techs are professional and polite and do their work efficiently and well. We have been customers for over five years and I have come to depend on them for the timely testing and replacement of all of my filters. They are always available to answer questions and they try to come out the next day if there are any problems. We are selling this house and I am going to absolutely recommend them to the new owners. I hope I can continue to use them in my new home!
