I had not expected to have our issue resolved so confidently and thoroughly. Thank you Gus and Rosendo! This is my second great experience with Kettle Moraine Appliance.

(November 21, 2023, 9:53 pm)Our oven died Monday night unexpectedly and we quick had to find a solution since we were hosting Thanksgiving on Thursday. Went to kettle moraine to see what they had in stock and see what options we had. Patrick went above and beyond to show us options, compare pricing and availability. We were able to order our oven that we truly wanted, but wouldn't come in for a few weeks. Due to Thanksgiving 48 hours away, they offered us to borrow an oven until ours comes in. Talk about customer service. Will definitely be back for other purchases in the future. Appreciate all of the time Patrick and John took to answer questions, so thankful for Kettle Moraine Appliances!!!!
