  Mark was amazing at helping us plan our cruise to Alaska! He always quickly answered all our questions and made sure we were all ready for our vacation! Would highly recommend Making Memories Travel and will be using again for future vacations!

  Mark did an amazing job helping us out with our destination wedding in Mexico! He set up everything, from our flights, to our stay at the all-inclusive resort, to the hotel we stayed at in Chicago the night before our flight and where we were able to park our vehicle in their secured parking garage, to transportation to and from the resort. He opened up dialogue between myself and the wedding coordinator at the resort. He was readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns, from both myself and all our wedding guests. He went above and beyond! If there were any issues with anything, he would get them resolved promptly. I highly recommend contacting Mark if you are looking at booking any trips. He will help alleviate all the stress from planning your dream vacation.

  I've cruised via Mark and Making Memories Travel several times now, most recently experiencing Norwegian's exclusive Haven area. What a treat! Mark went out of his way to take care of every aspect of our vacation, getting us great pricing for our trip and most importantly, have the cruise line understand my new gluten allergy. I was so worried to cruise with this new dietary restriction (really vacation AT ALL) because if I do get glutened, I'd be miserable. I had ZERO issues! This allowed me to fully enjoy this overdue vacation and have confidence in traveling overall again. Also, the efforts Mark puts in to bring his groups together who travel on the same vacations are extra special too. We have met so many people in the general Southeastern Wisconsin area after being relocated here from the East coast years ago. THANK YOU MARK - I can't wait for the next adventure!

  My family and I would like to personally thank Mark for making our first cruise one that we will never forget. This being our first cruise and during covid we had thousands of questions. Mark answered each and every question within a hour or less. Reminders were sent informing us of what we needed to do and when we needed to do them.
  
  When our first cruise in January was cancelled due to covid he was quick to see that we got a refund quickly an d compensation from the cruise line. Mark was quick to help us book another cruise.
  
  Mark is also very well informed on the airlines, hotels and excursion's along with everything you will need to know about the ship.
