Jason came thru for us on our new home. We bought a house that needed work and told or initial insurance company this and they approved it all. Then they sent us a letter saying that they were canceling our insurance due to the items previously discussed. I emailed Jason and he called me next day. He worked to get us insurance with the issues we were working on to fix. We are again insured and we will be a long time customer for Jason.

We were with American Family Insurance for over 25 years (back when Jim was the guy)! We left a couple years ago ONLY to help out a friend who was getting into the insurance business with another agency. After 2 years, we returned to AFI and they welcomed us with open arms. They use good judgement when setting policy coverages and their home owner rates can't be beat.
They are super easy to work with, from the application/quote process to the claim process (if ever needed). They have an online account portal so policy coverages and payments can be easily viewed at any time. They also have many discounts including autopay and paperless billing.
