They have the latest in dental care and they are very friendly and everyone is very concerned about your health They make sure you are always comfortable. They did an extensive cleaning on my teeth and I experienced very little pain. I would highly recommend Jackson Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist office or a change.

Starting with a warm and welcoming greeting from the front office ladies to the very kind and knowledgeable assistants! Dr Heffter, Kelly and Chelsey made me feel very comfortable during my entire appointment. All my questions were addressed and it was nice to be heard. I would highly recommend Jackson Family Dentistry to anyone looking for their forever dental home.

We were greeted, informed of financial options, and served with patience and kindness. Brittany and Dr. Hefftert went above and beyond while working with my husband!

(August 18, 2021, 9:53 pm)I had a dental emergency (abscess) Dixie was able to get me in right away and so sweet and empathetic. I let her know I have serious anxiety when it comes to dental work. When I arrived I was greeted with friendly faces already knowing I was anxious and they were so nice. McKenzie your calming presence was exactly what I needed to feel calm and safe. Having a few traumatic dental experiences as a child I appreciated that Dr. Brett took his time to find out if I wanted everything explained it to just so it and reassured me that everything was okay. Y’all don’t know how amazing it was to be treated so kindly and took your time in helping me today. Thank you.

(July 9, 2021, 11:15 am)Jackson Family Dentistry is the finest dental group I have ever been to. Everyone from the reception staff through the dentist's are wonderful. They make sure you understand everything involved with the care you receive from them.
Dr. Major is a skilled and knowledgeable dental practitioner possessing an excellent "chair-side" manner.
I am very happy with my experience at Jackson Family Dentistry.
