Vet was great, assistance are very knowledgeable. They spend time with your pet.

I had to take our sweet, beautiful, cherished little dog in for euthanasia this week at Tillie Lake. She was a little girl that everyone adored, because of her gentle, engaging personality, and by far the hardest to part with of any dog that has been a part of our animal loving, multi-dog, family. Dr Jill, and her techs, did a phenomenal job. They were warm, gentle, compassionate and understanding, and showed genuine remorse for our great loss. They took time out of their busy day to allow me to reflect and share aspects of our beloved pets life.
Throughout my life, I have had the honor to be “mom” to many wonderful dogs, many of whom have had to be put down due to old age and the diseases that come with it. I have only seen the genuine compassion I felt from Dr Jill and her techs from one other veterinarian clinic many years ago. The healing that follows is much easier when you know your beloved pets last moments were respected by people who understand and care about what both you and your pet are going through.
The care prior to my pets passing was phenomenal as well. Dr Jen was warm, compassionate, and responsive, and made treatments and medications available on a daily basis to our beloved dog. This allowed her to live a happy life for many more months than anticipated, and allowed us to have additional quality time with our little girl.
I will be forever grateful for the care our little one received both in life and death

After spending over $2000 at another clinic. I was referred by a friend to go to Tillie Lake Veterinary Clinic. I made an appointment but unfortunately BB Kat did not make it to the appt. They took my BB and I had him cremated. They sent me card signed by all in the clinic with out even meeting me or my BB. Nothing came from the previous clinic. even Chewy sent me a card and flowers. I highly reccomend Tillie Lake Vet clinic for all your pets, very caring clinic, treats you like family.

My fur babies were happy and treated as if they were family! Such a caring and compassionate staff! I drive an hour and a half away as they are the only vet clinic that I trust to take care of my cats! Thank you, Tillie Lake for the remarkable care you give to all ANIMALS! You guys are hero's during these crazy times. Don't let anyone tell you differently!

Had a great experience with Dr.Jen and staff yesterday. My Nikki is very nervous at vet appointments. The gentle way they treated my puppy was amazing! Holding her close to their chest to comfort her for exam. I would recommend this vet to anyone who loves their pet!
