In a world where customer service is more of an aspiration rather than a job description, the rep that I had the pleasure to speak with, Miss Debbie, was above and beyond. She was helpful, capable, knowledgeable, empathetic, and amazingly pleasant. I don't if you cannot ask for a particular representative. But if you get her, no matter what your outcome, you will be more than satisfied with the service she provides.
The Mid-Moraine Municipal Court is extremely helpful and courteous. They are a hard working staff and always go above and beyond.
I've been stopping in there years now & month after month they have been nothing but completely polite to me. Whoever said they were rude is probably just a rude person themselves.
