“Great place! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, welcoming atmosphere! Most of us had burgers and were very happy with our choices. Seemed on the small size at first but turned out to be the perfect size!! Didn't realize it came with fries and those were cooked the way I like them, on the crispy side. Someone had the pizza and we all thought that needs a little work. Not a lot of flavor and actually kind of dry. Need to figure that out because everyone love pizza!! The place is awesome and will be even better when you can use the outside! Great selection of beers. Forgot to check out the bar side but was told it was nice. Good luck, I hope you're still there when I come back to visit!! Would definitely come back !!”

“We moved mom into the assisted living Engel Haus in November 2020 amidst Covid and lockdown, hardest time ever not being able to be with her and visit her. But the administrative staff Jamie and Liz were so caring and understanding they helped me and my mom get through that tough time! I knew they were always just a phone call away to check on mom for me if I needed them to! That in itself is such a peace of mind for me knowing that the team of individuals running the place are so kind and caring and TRULY care about each and every resident there! I love how involved and personal they get with the residents family members and involve them in their loved ones decision making and cares. I love the random pictures I get texted to me of what fun things my mom is doing that day! Most of all I love the peace of mind knowing that if I have ANY concerns at all that I can be honest and up front with Jamie or Liz and my concerns will be addressed immediately they are literally a phone call or text away day or night!! Let’s be real there is no perfect place for your loved one to be but the Gables Engel Haus for surely gives me the peace of mind that mom is being well taken care of and watched over thanks to Jamie, Liz, Raquel and Stephanie the RN.
