  Travis has done amazing things for me to help my movement and strength, no small task for an aging athlete. I am amazed that he knows how to fix the cause of a problem even though he is working on an area seemingly disconnected to the symptoms. He worked on my shoulders and back to fix the discomfort I was having in my forearms. I highly recommend his services! I am able to regularly do CrossFit WODs because of his abilities and giftedness.

  I would highly recommend Catayst to family and friends. Suffering from nerve pain physical therapy and medication couldn’t solve Catalyst developed a plan to get me back to normal.

  This review is LONG overdue...I first met Travis and Kacie when I saw Travis performing Kettle Bell swings in a local gym. I thought, hmm a Chiropractor that knows how to properly exercise, this is interesting!
  
  I have since worked with the Catalyst team on really understanding what causes aches, pains, and injuries in life and in sport. Travis has helped me with back pain, shoulder imbalances, neck and migraines from travelling and even Achilles pain (all related to sport).
  
  Don't go to a practitioner that works on the spot you have pain, go to the one that looks at the entire system so you can eliminate the SOURCE of your pain. Travis and Kacie are the ones for that!

  Dr. Kacie Walters and Dr. Travis Walters are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have back and neck stress related issues. They have a genuine concern for the well-being of her patients, working with them for an excellent outcome and recovery. Monthly adjustments, combined with simple stretches/exercises to do at home has allowed me to be pain free.

  Great place for all your Chiropractic/ART needs. Have dealt with them for years for all my sports injuries and they keep me playing at a high level-winning local and state tournaments. Tremendously knowledgeable of all aspects of sports and which therapy/treatment and exercise to use to recover quickly and get back to 100%. HIGHLY recommend them, you will NOT be disappointed!
