As a small business owner, healthcare can be a hot mess for us but Patrick makes everything simple to understand, and he responds to my (seemingly endless) inquiries within 24 hours, which is a rarity in this age. He's personable, professional and knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for a better insurance company. A++++++++++++++++
