After figuring out that our furnace was not going to turn on, I gave DRS a call because I saw their fantastic reviews. Bill answered the phone right away and after briefly explaining the issue, he easily and correctly diagnosed the problem. He came right away and showed us the problem (along with some cool pictures of his motorcycle). He gave us a great price for a new furnace and got someone out TONIGHT (Jeff is still in the process of replacing the furnace as I type this review). Jeff is currently doing an absolutely fantastic job. Both Jeff and Bill have been incredibly nice and communicative. I'm very happy with this experience and with DRS it made a stressful situation way better!
