Everyone was very nice and made sure I got into to see the doctor for an urgent need right away. The nicest people work here. Thank you so much for your care and concern about what was going on with me. You all are awesome.

I had a great experience buying eyeglasses from Reverie Optique. I brought my own prescription in from my ophthalmologist, which was not a problem at all. They have frames that almost no one carries in the greater Milwaukee area. I specifically was looking for Mattisse Eyewear and they had a great selection and if they didn't carry it, you could order it in for a nominal fee. If you ended up purchasing the special order, that fee is credited. Some other big brands that they carry are: LaFont, Theo, Woow, Dutz just to name a few. The young women in the optical department were helpful, kind, patient and great to work with! I brought a friend with me and she ended up purchasing two pairs. They take multiple insurances, just ask. What a fun way to spend those health care savings account dollars! I have found my new favorite place for eyewear.

Not bad just don't like the 7 pm closing as it used to be 9 pm! Can't lie the area all around is infested with useless bums, however the property is entirely safe and they patrol regularly

I am an existing client of Dr Elizabeth Baron and have been for 2 years. I have been wearing multi-focals for around 20 years. I recently had my yearly checkup and chose a totally different frame - more rounder then what I usually wear - what a disaster - Firstly, the lab forgot to add my axis and the lenses had to go back. Then when they came back I had like 3 D vision, my sight was blurry at points, it was hard for me to walk down stairs, due to the depth perception I was experiencing. I went back and Lauren was so super helpful! Dr Baron rechecked my eyes and said that my vision was tweaked in the smallest amount and she couldn't understand why the glasses weren't working, they re-did my lenses, only to have the same result. Where Lauren was extremely patient and actually listened to me, the same does not apply to her colleague, who tried to tell me that it is normal for people that had a change in prescription, to bring the reading matter closer to their eyes (?) (even though my script was only tweaked!) Where I come from - a different prescription makes reading easier and not harder. She got me so upset that I was ready to walk out and not go back! Lucky Lauren calmed me down and as a last resort, she said we should try a squarer frame, similar to the one I chose last year. I just received them yesterday and everything is as it should be - I couldn't be more happier! Seems my eyes do not like the rounder frames! Sad that some people will not listen and try and figure things out, but happy for Lauren that persevered! Such an asset to your company Dr Baron! One bad apple does not make the whole basket rotten, I still highly recommend Reverie Optique.

The ladies at this facility are awesome. I called in to get info on the weekend. The woman I spoke with was phenomenal. She tried to fit my needs. Unfortunately I needed 24 hour access. She still forwarded my info onto Norma at this exact location. Norma checked for me too. Although she confirmed that they couldn't meet my unusual needs.....lol She did call to give me a list of neighborhood storage facilities that could help me. That was really nice. I just had to give them a little shout out. Thanks ladies.
