(October 16, 2019, 9:36 am)This is what a hotel should be like. Other hotel managers should be required to stay here as an example and a target for them to shoot for. The food excellent. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. The rooms were luxurious. The door separating the bedroom from the living area was invaluable. If this is an example of the entire line of hotels I will find it hard to stay anywhere else.

(September 21, 2019, 9:03 am)This place is amazing! We had an issue with a hotel across the street, and needed to book somewhere else ASAP. The front desk staff was unbelievably kind, upgraded our room, and even called to sister hotels to book a room for the next night since they were sold out. The room is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, and there's an awesome view out our window. The beds are super comfy and everything is very clean. I couldn't be happier with our stay!

(July 28, 2019, 9:53 am)Great stay! Over the weekend, during a Cubs Brewers series. Folks were fun, the food for dinner and lunch very good. Breakfast very crowded. My wife lost a wedding ring, and Jessica from the front desk looked in parking lot and lobby for us, very kind. (We did find in buried in luggage)
Staff was great, helpful, friendly, would be pleased to stay again!
