I visit at least every year as an adjunctive service for breast health. That way I don't need to do mammography every year- even though I'm a breast cancer survivor. I trust this professional service and compare the notes with my doctor. I recommend Noushin highly- she is one of the resources I rely on since being diagnosed with stage 2B in 2012...She's even mentioned as a resource in my upcoming book: "TO KEEP A BREAST, A Healing Journey" to be released in 2016.

The technician who conducted the thermography was very nice, gentle, and informative. I got the results with clear detailed findings from the doctor in a timely fashion. After having a few mammograms and ultrasounds, to me thermography was so much more informative and just so much better, that with the health changes I'm making in my diet, exercise, and lifestyle in general, it will help me gauge my breast health progress. Mammograms don't do that or even give any real insight. In fact, when I had my mammograms, I was told my breast tissue was very dense thus making it very difficult to read. When I inquired more, the lady conducting it told me that dense tissue shows up white as does cancer. After a bit, She decided it was all white as opposed to just in areas so she was going to take it as dense tissue. I wasn't so comfortable with this because in my mind, I thought what if there's a little cancer spot in there that is being hidden by the other white dense tissue or what if my breasts were all ready just full of cancer because my health had been not so good. In addition, I have a good friend who had three false negative readings on mammograms, but her OBGYN insisted she had a bump and they eventually did find the cancer. Unfortunately by this time it was in four lymph nodes as well. With little faith in mammograms, I was fortunate that the thermography showed me my problem spots in much more detail. And with all the natural ways to heal thyself available through the Truth About Cancer series and available online, I'm healing myself by starving any possible cancer cells with a no refined sugar and starch diet, juicing organic produce, and the Gerson therapy. And I'm improving!! I'll go for another thermography appointment soon to view my progress.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed. There is no pain, no injections, and no machines except the camera. I've been there twice and will continue to get screenings. Its a very different experience from mammograms.
