I absolutely loved working with Janelle! She booked a trip for my niece and I to go to Spain. The hotels she found for us were fun and so nice. She set up all of our transfers from one place to the next so we could get around easily and confidently (so much appreciated in another country where I don't speak their language). She helped us book just enough tours to get the full experience and still leave plenty of time to explore on our own. And all the while we knew she was a call away if we needed anything while we were there! Can't wait to book our next trip with her!!

From our very first phone call to the closing thank you letter Janelle was instrumental in the planning of our perfect cruise. Every detail of the trip from the deposit due dates, communications, transportation, hotel, and cruise was flawless. It’s an oddity to find wonderful customer service - she exceeded every expectation!

Janelle was absolutely great to work with - from planning the trip all the way through the end of the trip. She was not only patient with our decision making, she was super responsive and able to answer all of our questions. Even when our flights got cancelled days before we were to leave, she immediately was able to get us on a different flight and help us pivot to ensure we were able to get to our destination as planned!
