Everyone was so helpful and great to work with. Shout out to Sean R. and Mikey R. Who put down the new flooring in our basement after water damage. They did better than the original guy we had put it in!!

When my water heater broke and leaked over my floor, Puro Clean did a superb job making sure they repaired the floor in a timely manner. They cared about me as a customer and made sure the repair was on track. Jeremy and Noah were polite and professional during all visits.

Wow, I must say our experience with John was second to none. We had an issue that need to be addressed ASAP and with all the storms they we're not able to help immediately. John was concerned enough he offer solutions that made an immediate impact. Our homes environment and our respiratory issues cleared up until we could get a long term solution. It would have been easy to just blow us off but we are grateful for thoughtfulness.

The Puro Clean team was very quick to respond when my roof was leaking! They were here within a couple of hours and took care of everything. They left an industrial fan to dry everything out. I offered to drop it back at their shop, but they picked it up. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
