  I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! Will be back.

  I just realized that I enjoy Dunkin coffee better than Starbucks. This location is clean, however, expect a wait during peak hours. Sometimes you can come in and order, sometimes you can't. I just wish that they would put a sign on the door. Most places that only have drive thru as an options has a visible sign on the door stating that. It would make a huge difference in this cold weather.

  Nicole the manager here is an amazing employee. She is so very helpful and made sure I was happy before I left. I usually only go to the dunkin closest to my home, but I am working in a different city and I could not believe how accommodating the staff was. Definitely 5 star service!
